My experience at the dentist yesterday was incredible. I walked in nervous about getting fillings and with lots of questions. Both Dr. Jackowski and his hygienist took the time to answer every single question I had. They were completely understanding of my apprehension and did their best to make my visit as easy as possible. Thank you!
As always my experience was great. However, upon coming into the office the front desk asked me to pay the uncovered portion of my dental bill that the insurance company did not cover. I would have liked to have had the option of being billed for this amount as I was short on cash and HATE to use my credit card for paying dental bills. Please allow your patients this option in the future.
Everything was great. The only thing that could have made the experience better was if I didn't have to wait 10 minutes for the doctor to conduct his exam.
Called in the night before when cracked a temporary. Scheduled me for first thing next morning. Excellent service as always.
Dr. Callison and staff were awesome caring for my 13-year-old daughter having teeth extracted before braces. They quickly put her at ease, kept her informed of what they were doing, ensured she felt no pain, and gave thorough after-care instructions. Very pleased with the good experience, especially after my daughter was expecting the opposite. Thank you Dr. Callison and staff!!
