No waiting I was taken back at my scheduled time. I was told exactly what was to be done during my procedure and cost prior. The staff was very polite and professional. Over all best dental experience I've ever had.

Thank you to the Pleasant Family Dentistry team for accommodating me on short notice on a Friday afternoon! I was worried about some tooth pain I was having and was preparing to go out of town for 10 days! They thoroughly evaluated me and helped put my mind at ease. Very professional and friendly service. Appointment was about 5 min late (8:50 am). Hygenist is excellent as is the data and technology. Office is pleasant. Rescheduling is efficient I have recommended MPFD several times.
After a few bad experiences with other dental care offices, I felt welcomed and put at ease by the Pleasant Family office staff. I was not rushed in and out during my appointment, and I was asked what my dental needs and wishes are. I look forward to meeting with the dentist again for my consultation. I would like to send a big thank you to my dental technician, as well as Ms. Miranda and the other ladies in the office staff.
All staff were extremely polite and professional, very comfortable waiting are and great office hours!

I have been a patient of Dr. Johnson's for about 25 years. I have always been very impressed with the how well this practice is run. Everyone is professional and also very friendly. Drs. Johnson and Jackowsiki are up to date on all the latest techniques and procedures. I am very happy to be their patient. I know that they always have my best interests in mind with regard to dental care. Today Courtenay was my hygienist. She is superb!!!
