My visit was great. I had been in a car accident earlier that morning and the blonde who welcomed me was very kind and allowed me to sit in a quiet consultation room to fill out my paperwork. It was a great experience. The only think to improve would be better communication between those who receive payments and deposit them because I had asked for my check not to be processed because I forgot I had medical spending to use and my check was processed later that afternoon.
As usual Heather did a great job. Quick reschedule due to weather cancelllation.
Always a quieting and efficient experience.
Professional patient intake. I appreciated being shown around the offices. I also liked filling out the initial paperwork in a separate room from the lobby. The information screens everywhere were fantastic!
