From the very start, my initial experience was outstanding. Sarah was a pleasure to speak with and she set up an appointment to accommodate my immediate needs. Always a smile on her face (as it does come through even over the phone), and with a positive attitude. When I walked in, I was greeted with a smile and offered a tour, which I thought was fantastic, as I was looking for something like that. The little gift bag was yet another touch of class.
