Thoroughly enjoyed the staff - esp. Kate - her focus on the job at hand balanced with her conversational approach has made sitting in the dentist chair comfortable.
Another pleasant visit. Kate was really enjoyable to talk with. Was able to easily schedule my next visit before leaving.
I was very impressed with the customer service and professionalism of PFD. From the moment I walked in to the minute I walked out, it was a very comforting experience. Working in the medical field myself, I have come to expect a certain level of care when visiting any medical facility and Pleasant Family Dentistry exceeded my expectations!!

Courtney is amazing and always makes me feel at ease when I come in for my appointments. Its funny because when I'm at Pleasant Family Dentistry, I don't feel as if I'm in a dentist office. Everyone makes me feel so comfortable that its really refreshing. Dr. Carimi is the best and I am so happy that I found a dentist that takes his time and explains every single detail of the procedure that he's doing. I was so impressed with the friendly and knowledgable staff. Everything was explained clearly and everyone was eager to answer any questions . The office seems to be on the cutting edge of all the latest technology and I feel very comfortable in knowing the work that needs to be done , will be done correct.
