I have been coming here for many many years and this is the first time I had a horrible experience. The staff in the back was wonderful but your front desk staff was rude and disrespectful. No one took the time to explain why the cost was so high and then demanded my money when I first walked in the door, never took the time to explain your new policy of paying up front.
