Pleasant Dental is by far The WORST dental office to go to. They will refuse to make a copy of your x-ray for you and call it "old school" and argue about it with you. if your computer crashes they have no sympathy for you and youll be charged! I would not recommend this dentist to anyone. Want a second opionion, watch out. The office staff is very rude and rather than treat you with respect she argues with you to make their \$\$\$ Point. I have had a great experience with this office, on my 1st visit they took all my x-rays, and pictures as well with an actual camera, these were all blown up on a screen so that I could CLEARLY see what was in my mouth, and what needed to be done, broken fillings etc., you literally would have to be blind to miss it. I also got copies of ALL my treatment needed/how much everything would cost...I have heard from friends that offices charge for x-rays/records etc., but nothing that will break the bank (\$10 bucks or so), get a ... read more
