I called Plaza West to inquire about transferring my prescription to their pharmacy but wanted to get a copay estimate first. The person who answered the phone was not friendly and was very short. She gave me the estimate and I asked how she was able to do so without my insurance info. She then proceeded to lecture me that the estimate she gave was the cash price, obviously.
