Unfortunately, my experience did not meet expectations. I booked a manicure appointment for 3:15 PM, which was the only available time slot the master had that day. Absolute NIGHTMARE with Sharyn Beer. Before our appointment started, she asked me to LEAVE because she “did not feel like we are a fit”. This behavior led me to think Sharyn is a RACIST. She needs to apologize or be fired immediately if Plaza Salon wants to keep its reputation. More background: She was providing me“feedback” on how I should be taking care of my hair, in which I responded, “let’s just proceed with the hair cut”.
