This past Monday afternoon, after a long day of travel and unloading, we called plaza to let them know we were on our way to drop a U-Haul trailer, as a referred drop location from U-Haul. When we informed the gentlemen we were on our way, 5 min out.( Knowing it was 4:50 and they closed at 5. ) he replied it’s been a long day and I’m walking out the door I’m not doing overtime waiting for you.. again they close at 5 and it was 4:50.
