Dr Carter takes care of business. She is a good listener. My husband and saw her for a foot problem. Now I take my 89 year old mom to see her every two months she’s diabetic foot issues no problems Dr. Carter
The doctor was thorough in his examination and explained to me clearly what was taking place to allay my concerns. His prescription/medication is working.
