The entire team is great. Sometimes they run behind, but when they get to you, they apologize for the wait and give you your full appointment, rather than rushing to try to get back on schedule. As a healthcare provider I understand that one long appointment at the start of the day can mess up the entire schedule, and it happens. I would rather wait and get a quality appointment than feel rushed, so I appreciate they do this.
Everyone was exceptional and made the visit very pleasant. There was no forcing you into things you don’t want. Knowledgeable professionals. Even Popi enjoyed the visit. Thank you.
Friendly and knowledgeable doctors and staff. I made a boo boo and showed up a day early for my appointment ... I was seen in less than five minutes.
I have tried other places, even changed vets one time to get a closer to home vet. I always go back. Everyone that works there has heart and cares about you and your pet. I take all my critters there!

Everyone was very friendly and informative. I like the fact that we were given some choices for services for our dog. The Vet and techs seemed very concerned with the health of our dog, and we appreciated their concern very much. They were also very gentle, and I'm sure my dog appreciated that. This was our first visit to this Vet (we are new to Virginia), and we really felt good about it. We plan to revisit when necessary!!!
First time for my older kitty and Dr. P is taking excellent care of him!
Because all of you offer very good treatment to our pets and give us services on acceptable time. Ask Roxy and Mick. And sure they answer Guauuuuu!! and Miauuuu!!.
