This was our first visit there and your staff made us feel very welcome. Given the circumstances and not being able to go in, I felt that the tech Alyssa and the Doctor did a wonderful job with communication and answered all my questions.
Seems to be running a scam, I brought my dogs in to get bloodwork done, paid for the bloodwork and fecal samples to get tested, once I brought in the fecal samples they said I would have to pay for the fecal samples again, I showed them my receipt saying that it was already paid for, and they said it took too long to receive the fecal samples in which we were not given a time frame on the paperwork, receipt, or the voice mail

Really bad service. Very bad experience my dogs are my family, my everything, and I will do everything I can to help and protect them. They couldn’t figure out what was wrong with my pet, They did extensive blood work and x-rays and told me nothing, They are only in it for the money.
