From the moment you walk in, this practice makes you feel welcome. The front desk staff, billing team, nurses, Dr. Hanna and Dr. Kim are all warm and genuinely caring. The provider and staff are pleasant. We have been seeing dr. Kim and she is wonderful! However, I extremely dislike that the front desk pushes future appointments on you and have them scheduled without even consulting you, and make it very difficult to cancel. We were with two different pediatrician groups before moving here from NY and never had that experience. Honestly this maybe a reason for me to change practices altogether.

I saw another review complain about the doctor not seeing unvaccinated children and claim it was ‘about money.’ That’s simply not true. All of our children go here and the care has always been excellent. This doctor is protecting all kids, especially the vulnerable—not just yours. It’s not only about your child being ‘never sick,’ it’s about the safety of every family in the office. I’m grateful our doctor puts science and responsibility first.

Doesn't see unvaccinated children mind you my children have never been sick but needed a sports physical and were denied. Its not about health it's about money just like big pharma
