I been a resident here and it’s very upsetting how I just got the tub refurbished and the cheap paint it’s already peeling off also we pay 50$ for our parking lot and lately it’s been an issue where cars are parking right in front and blocking the middle of the parking lot drinking and so many people that don’t even stay here come to hang out and they don’t even care to move out the way .
