I recently purchased a 2019 Dodge Grand caravan from Rich at plaza motors. I wasn't expecting any issues but as it is a used vehicle I figured I'd wait a month or so just to make sure, ya know? Everything has been smooth sailing. I greatly appreciate the effort and honesty from Rich and as everything stands, I would happily go back to him for another vehicle (but let's be honest, I hope it's awhile before I need too lol)
I purchased a car from Plaza motors in January of 2023 using my retirement money. It was for my son (he was to pay me back). The vehicle was a 2012 Ford Escape. It had a little rust on the back, but otherwise seemed to run well. Within less than a year my son had to replace upwards to $4000 for repairs on this vehicle. This place totally screwed me last vehicle I got was an 09 envoy loaded clean they charges me $8500 and I brought them back the trail blazer I got yrs prior as a trade in I wfh at time and it had low miles nothing but throwing good $ after bad from the time it started getting driven bad transmission ,all rotted frame in spots that were hidden u needed on a lift really the abs lights check engine breaks callipers and rotors went on and on bad bad bad stay away
