Majority of the receptionists are quite rude. Never had a problem with the doctors. Nurse was also unhelpful when I was going over blood tests results, run me down when I said I could access the results and just needed to know if I need an infusion. Was told sorry can't help wait to talk to your Dr in 2 weeks. No wonder why people don't have easy access to healthcare.
By far the best experience with a Dr out of all of the ones I've been to. I felt they genuinely want to do what's best for their patients and provide as much information as possible. They took great care of my daughter during her 4 month old vaccinations and it was a pleasant experience. I arrived early and got through my daughter's appointment then mine half an hour before mine was even scheduled it was great. I called this morning to see if I book a appointment for my 10 month old and was responded with “no sorry call park beach” and hung up straight away. Bloody rude
Saw a new Dr today as mine was not available, Dr Owen Pearson brilliant he asked lots of questions and gave me a check up, refreshing to actually get care and concern, I have now made him my regular Dr
Excellent experience today with Dr Lalani. She was really helpful and thorough.
