They seemed too busy, and the person who answered the phone seemed engaged and said we 'just do not carry the lock'; call who installed it". Why does he think I am calling him? Since the manufacturer had referred to them as a preferred vendor, there is no preference here. They are not going to hear from me ever again.
OK, I can't even begin to describe how happy I am with Plaza Lock and Key!! They are lifesavers! Saved me on more than one occasion! I highly recommend them for all you lock and key needs. They also handle garage gates, intercoms, and much much more. Adrian is a pro and the service is top notch! I've used many other locksmiths in the past, and I'll never use anyone other than Plaza Lock and Key! Call them - you'll be glad you did. And on top of it all, they have very reasonable prices. Thank you Adrian and all your staff!
Had to constantly call to follow up to schedule appointments, and to get them to give us a bid for the work we wanted done after they came on site. Did not respond to emails after we did get the bid. A 2nd bid for 2 intercom panels they never produced at all. Calling and asking for the manager (owner) only got a response of "he's only here in the mornings". Never did hear from him. Did eventually get a email response from the wife (owner) but never heard back from her either to schedule or address the issues. So if hounding ... read more
Great team, always friendly, very knowledgeable with all locks, motorized gates, always punctual, and good prices! Highly recommend!
