Cannot tell you how wonderful my experience was at Plaza Lincoln! I especially want to thank Assistant Manager, Bobby Adams, who told me to come on in and he would work me in due to the situation--I found out that my moonroof was leaking into the car after the downpour on Tuesday. It was literally dripping down every time I turned the corner. Bobby knew it needed to be fixed immediately! Thanks so much!! I highly recommend their services!!

I get my vehicle serviced there all the time 2004 Lincoln Town Sedan Only 44,000 original miles they treat her like she deserves to be treated lol great job Robert

If I could give no stars I would. These people are crooks. They took advantage of me as a first time buyer. Boy did they put me through the ringer. No need to detail on here, but I would never recommend anyone to buy a vehicle here. These people are vultures waiting to take advantage of anyone dumb enough to listen to all of their lies.

We really enjoyed our buying experience, our salesman Paul aka Scooter was a refreshing change of a salesman for us, my husband who usually is really quite when buying a car was very talkative with Paul like they had been friends forever. Took my MKZ Hybrid in for its checkup and they had to keep it overnight to fix a small problem. Right away they put me in a beautiful loaner and had me back on the road in minutes, and had no problem with me dropping it off and picking my car up after hours. And they fixed my Sync issue! Jon Braga is a great service manager, seek him out if you visit!
