Stay away from this business. I had an appointment for an exam and refraction. The next day I was suffering with a bacterial eye infection. Now this can happen by contaminated transfer by instruments or hands, in any case, it sometimes happens, what should never happen is the following. I called them to see if the doctor would order me a antibiotic, they said I never was a patient and should go to a emergency room or another optimology office, and hung the phone up on me. The most caring doctors and staff. Miss going there....
Dr. Buell did a fantastic job taking care of me and my daughter! This is my third and now favorite optometrist in Santa Cruz.
I had an eye exam done today at Plaza lane and was completely pleased with the overall service. The receptionist was very polite and friendly. The doctor's assistant that did the initial tests and measurements was also very friendly and professional. The optometrist, Dr. Buell was exceptionally friendly, caring and professional. She completed a very detailed exam and made all her thoughts and observations known to me in a concise and caring manor. I would highly recommend this office to anyone needing eye care.
Just the best staff... styles...and service... ever...what more can be said?!
