Bought a new car and the entire experience was excellent. The quality of service before and during the sale - as well as the post sale follow up made this a great experience. The person handling the sale made sure our needs were met and help to select the best car within our budget for our growing family. Delivery time on the car was reasonable and a scheduled pick up was at our convenience. Would gladly recommend Plaza Kia.
I will never get my car serviced at Kia Plaza ever again. I brought my car in just recently because I was hearing scrapping sounds when I make a right hand turn. They told me I needed rear pads and 2 rear rotors even thought I got my breaks serviced in August. Were they not able to see that 3 months ago??????? Three months later I needed rotors????? In all my 25+ years of owning a vehicle, this is the first time I had to get my breaks serviced within 3 months. If I could rate Kia Plaza a 0 I definitely would.
I called kia yesterday and asked when I can come in for an oil change. I spoke to Andrew who is suppose to be a “service manager” and he told me to come in any time which means that they arent busy. I told him I will be there for 12:30. I showed up at 12:30 and Andrew didnt even set my appointment in the system which was very disorganized. Not to mention the service manager raised his voice at me after HE messed up the appointment.
