Heat did not work in multiple rooms and some of my family had to transfer rooms, toilets and sinks kept getting clogged, the public restrooms by the breakfast area had toilet paper rolls in the floor next to the toilet and not in the toilet paper rolls, and the hot tub was CLOSED BY THE STATE. The hot tub had BIOHAZARD TAPE around it. 12/10 will not stay here again with my family.
