I'm in my 6th week at Plaza Fitness and love the improvement in strength and conditioning that I'm seeing. So far I've had classes with Erin, Brian, and Chris and all are great. They are all very focused on correct form and making sure that you're getting the maximum impact from each exercise while doing it safely. If you are determined to improve your health, build strength, and become more lean, and are willing to commit back than you will definatly get results! The staff shares nutritional guidance and loads of information about achieving your goals and its wonderful to belong to such a caring and friendly fitness community.
