I was sweating and huffing trying to enter the building so I could donate a huge bag of clothing. Unfortunately, I was greeted by two very young, unfriendly women asking me "Can I help you?" but with facial expressions that were as COLD as ice and looking at me with suspicion. GOOD GRIEF. Here is a lesson.....when you work with the community make people feel welcome by greeting everyone with a smile......it goes a long way.
