Experience was outstanding. Right from the phone call to make the appointment to the paying for the work done, this was a first class experience. Everyone was very personable, knowledgeable, clear in explaining what is being done and what will be done in fixing problem areas and the different options available. Very enjoyable experience. I had a great experience on Thursday. I had a couple broken crowns and a sensitive tooth. They were great to investigate the problems and explain them well. Dr. Jensen was wonderful. First time I'd met her. She was great to answer all my questions fully. And I always enjoy my hygienist. I've gone to Anderson Dental for years and would highly recommend the office!
I have no negatives about Dr. Anderson and his staff. They are all friendly and outgoing people who make what could be a traumatic experience a good one. They are caring and professional people and a pleasure to work with. Highly ethical and good humored, Dr. Anderson is not only caring he always puts his patients needs first. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs stellar dental care.
