I needed two teeth pulled today. I had a wonderful experience with the staff and Dr. Heimerdinger. They were friendly, attentive, and both teeth were removed without pain or incident. When my wife and I left we talked about how much we really like this Dentist office.
they helped me get my teeth straight. they are so friendly, but i need to back to them to get my braces off because i was supposed to have them off last year.
After scheduling issues due to insurance and my schedule, Valerie at Plaza cleared up the issue. My teeth have had their 6-month extensive cleaning and I'm a happy camper. Thank you, staff of Plaza Dental for fixing this! Also, my dental hygienist was superb! Update!!! I just received a bill from JANUARY. Know one can give me an adequate answer as to why this happened. I won't pay until someone informs me why it took 6 months to get a bill. Needless to say, I cancelled my upcoming appointment. I'm done with plaza dental!
Dr. Lisenby and staff are outstanding! I first came to his office seeking an expert in extractions and implants. His bedside manner was gentle and kind. He himself called me after hours to check on me and make sure I had everything I needed to make it through the weekend. I appreciate his empathy and now trust his office with all my dental needs.
I love the entire staff at Plaza Dental; their personal service and excellent care is hard to beat! The convenience of both dental/orthodontic care in the same building, and even on the same floor, saves this busy Momma lots of time!
Our family has received excellent service and care at Plaza Dental Group for several years now. The entire staff is very friendly and professional. They always work with our insurance company to provide the best treatment options. We especially appreciate the convenience of having routine dental exams and oral surgery (wisdom teeth removal) at the same location. We completely trust Dr. Lisenby, Dr. Heimerdinger, and all of their staff with our dental care!

I really enjoy taking my 13 & 14 year old girls to get their teeth straightened! The staff is so personable and competent, and Dr Francis is awesome!!! The facilities are clean and well run. I recommend them to all of my friends! Thank you for taking such great care of my girlies!
