I found Plaza Dental through Zocdoc and found the experience from start to finish to be one I highly recommend. I was able to book the appointment, change the appointment, and communicate with the staff by text. I was called in by the staff exactly at the time my appointment was. And, then there was Dr. Samdani. He's personable, thorough, and breaks things down clearly so you understand which treatments are recommended, what problems they are designed to solve, and the risks associated. JUST DON’T GO THERE. They only care about money, it’s all about transactions. I was supposed to get services for what I paid for and they tried to charge me more money.
The task of going to the dentist is never easy but this crew will make it as pleasant as possible. Everyone is always super professional and nice. Appointments are kept on time and everyone is great there.
Dr.R is a very knowledgeable dentist. Her staff were also very nice and patient with me. I had a great experience with them and I would definitely recommend them.
