The PLAZA lube manager, Sean, and his crew are HONEST, KNOWLEDGEABLE and ATTENTIVE. PLAZA found and fixed the source of an oil leak in my Cayenne that a nearby Porsche dealership, after three inspections, was unable to find, let alone fix. In fact, PLAZA showed me a damaged (cracked) oil pan drain plug that was the source of the leak, and it seems virtually certain the plug was damaged by the Porsche dealership service department. As the former owner of DeWaynes OASIS bar I took all my cars for years to Plaza Car Wash & Lube which was close to my bar, No more!! I took my 1970 Cadillac Convertible, 1969 Cougar Convertible, a Mercedes 350 SUV, a Landrover-Range Rover, andTwo Landrover Discovery's for about 8 years!! I took my 2002 Mustang Convertible there today, and was told because it had over 100,000 miles they would not service it!! What a load of CRAP!! I'm pasting what I posted on my own page unedited but I can't include the photos. I paid for the 35.00 wash and express detail. The When they called me out I walked up to my car - there were still full sized spots of bird poop on the car and the windows. When I said something they started cleaning then off but we're speaking in Spanish and periodically giving me bad looks. They acted as if I was just being overly picky and complaining over nothing. I wish there was a negative star rating. My truck is a 2009, not THAT old. I have 137K miles on it. This place has a policy they do not do oil changes on any vehicle over 100k. They claim they have had problems. Well perhaps that's your inferior mechanics error. I have never in my life heard this. Has anyone else ever been told this? Seriously is this legal.
