As a repeat customer, I am appalled! in 2013 i purchased a lease from Plaza Auto Leasing dealt with Eli - had no complaints. However, i returned the car to Honda and unfortunately, due to do my job, I was over my mileage by 5K miles – this was on me! Good afternoon Mr. Yohai Cohen. The overage charges you admit to incurring by going over your mileage on your vehicle's lease. What you were told was "that he [Issac] would try" and help you in regards to dealing with the company that owns the vehicle. The reason there is a charge for going over the allotted mileage on a lease is that the cars residual value declines based on the number of miles driven.
