As a repeat customer, I am appalled! in 2013 i purchased a lease from Plaza Auto Leasing dealt with Eli - had no complaints. However, i returned the car to Honda and unfortunately, due to do my job, I was over my mileage by 5K miles – this was on me! When returning to Plaza Auto Leasing – not to mention I was very skeptical in coming back for personal reasons – but, since I was to stick to continuing to lease with Honda, I was hoping for a waive in my mileage considering I am a returning customer and would sign another 3 yea... read more

Good afternoon Mr. Yohai Cohen. The overage charges you admit to incurring by going over your mileage on your vehicle's lease. What you were told was "that he [Issac] would try" and help you in regards to dealing with the company that owns the vehicle. The reason there is a charge for going over the allotted mileage on a lease is that the cars residual value declines based on the number of miles driven.
