This is our first time owning a pool. We had issues with another pool company that was very unprofessional and were looking for someone to fix what they couldn't. When I called Michael, he was able to come out same day. He was a breath of fresh air: extremely polite and helpful. He was able to explain to us how everything work, quote us on what he could do, and refer us to another great company to tackle another issue. We are so happy we ended up finding him and would highly recommend Plaza Aquatica Pool Service!
Michael and his team are great. We recently had an issue with the pool due to all the rain. The same day Michael sent his team and they brushed the pool, checked the levels and my pool is back to super clean. Thank you so much for always coming though.
