This is a great place to live. The maintenance team is always on spot keeping the grounds nice and neat. They have a lot to do that maintenance team, but they’re always right there to fix anything. You call in, and they comeas soon as possible. The management team is great. They are a good team and are trying to give us more to do as a community. I would like to see more activities that include the play area for the kids and the pavilion to give us a family feeling for new people coming in. I love having the community Garden... read more
Moved in the end of April and it has been amazing. Ryan in the office is always super helpful. Maintenance is always quickly on top of work orders. The management team does a really great job of putting on events for the apartment community as well. Glad my daughter and I went with Plaza over the other places we were considering.
I have lived here for 5 years. Maintenance staff has always been incredibly helpful, it’s a quiet place to live, and neighbors are friendly and courteous overall. I’ve noticed a number of improvements and retention efforts on the community’s part in the past year, and I couldn’t be more pleased.
Love the apartment and it have bigger space and balcony super convenient. Ryan super nice person, grateful to be here
