Apartment unit is more than adequate in size and utilities. Not much interaction with other residents. Experience with Management and Maintenance staff has been excellent. Only bothersome issue pertains to noise in the outer hallway and upstairs apartment unit - Primarily door closures, creaking floors, and plumbing.
Everyone is nice When work is needed done maintenance is right on it to get it done and it gets done right the first time place is nice surrounding areas are nice. Has all parks playground for the kids, which is all nice walking distance to stores and everything rent is a little high, but you gotta look at what you get
The apartment is spacious. There's lots of storage & closet space. Large windows let in plenty of light & look out onto a pretty landscape. There is a nice-sized laundry room. Appliances are newer & in good condition. It's a really nice place to live.
