Great place to live. Convenient to everything
It's a typical apartment building condo, with the usual community fees for the monthly bug spraying, swimming pool, workout room etc. Gated parking requires your card to enter. Limited guest parking out beyond the gate. Neighbors look out for each other, and keep the place clean. Package pickup in lobby is kind of crowded due to covid, and delivery men most times just pile them up in the foyer. Traffic on this dead end has lots of boaters heading down to their docks. Every condo has a view of the canal.
