Bought a bike and all kinds of accessories today as a beginner. Really good service. Explains all the details and helped to choose everything, not pushy on selling. Have been riding the bike in the afternoon for 10 miles. The bike is great.

I'm new to biking ande recently bought a used bike. I was having trouble keeping air in the rear tire. Stopped in today and was very happy with the help I received. They checked my bike over, aired up my tire and advised me on what to do. Definitely gained a customer. Thanks!
I'd give negative 1,000 stars if I could. I just walked in at 2:18pm today 6/8/25 and there was an older guy assisting a patron. That's fine. But I stood there right next to him for a good 8 minutes before he even acknowledged me. Then told me that the other worker was down getting coffee and would be right back. His customer service skills lacked tremendously! (Update) I decided to wait in my car for the other younder guy to come back before going back inside.
