Not happy with the non-response of Playtime Pools. Last Fall we had them close our pool for the season. One of their technicians took our robotic pool cleaner for repair and has not returned it. It’s now April and we are using another company to open our pool. I have emailed, called, left messages and sent PM on Facebook...zero response. I was a long time customer of playtime pools in Woodbridge Va. until today. Over the years I was provided great service by the owner Jackie. I spent a lot of money at this establishment. Today when I went to get my water analyze the owner jackie berated me for telling her that I got some of the chemicals (ez pool ) from eBay. What she did next shocked and surprised me. We moved into our current house in Winter of 2013. In a not too smart move we did not have the pool inspected like we should have. Needless to say the pool functioned but it really needed a make over. We contacted Playtime and have had nothing but spectacular service since. We have had the liner replaced, stone coping installed, pumps replaced, as well as open/close maintenance and chemicals. Jackie and Tom are a class act. It is rare in this day and age to get the kind of excellent customer service that Playtime provides!
Been using Playtime Pools since 2002. Always super helpful and very friendly. Always ready to answer my questions.
Absolutely terrific service!!!! We have had them close our pool the last two years, and they are outstanding!
