Our first visit was this week and from the initial phone call all the way to the walk to the car I felt like there was so much care in reassuring my son (ok, me too). They were honest with him when he asked how how much something might hurt, they gave both him and I multiple opportunities to ask questions and to tell us what to expect. my kids went here and after I was concerned about the amount of work they said my kids needed I took them to another local pediatric dentist in Mount vernon to get a second opinion. well I unaware that I had to call playhouse and tell them I went elsewhere. they called cps on me for dental neglect which was completely unfounded.
Very Friendly, and great with my daughters first visit to a dentist. Gentle and fun.
Wow! What a rad dental experience. FTM here so I had no idea what to expect taking my toddler to the dentist. Staff did a great job explaining it over the phone but it was even better in person. The exam room was inviting with a couple bright sanitized toys, then Dr. Hill popped in engaging my son (and me) immediately with conversation and activities and before I knew it, he was voluntarily letting Dr. Hill check out his teeth. Never have I experienced such professionalism and care with my children. I have 6 children and 5 of them are in currently in the care of Dr. Hill. The amazing office staff is able to schedule all of my kids at once so that we can streamline their visits. The office staff is always organized and on time not to mention kind and friendly. We arrived a bit early to check in for a noon appointment and we were seated early as a result. All 5 children were seen and cleanings complete by 12:20. My daughter loves going here. After having bad experiences elsewhere. Shes finally able to sit in a dentist chair to have her teeth worked on. Thank you, so much Dr. Hill for giving her that experience.
