I can hardly believe this place is still in business. What a cute idea with the rudest owner I have ever met. We tried twice since we thought maybe she was having a very off day the first time. Please stay away from this place unless you want to feel angry, disappointed and negative in your gut for like two days. Ugh. Do not patron.

Talk about rude!!!! No customer service! I took my son there for his first hair cut and the lady totally disregarded what I asked for. She just did what whatever she felt like to my babies hair and now we're stuck with his new haircut which of course I got because we are about to have his first birthday party. Horrible experience!!!! Will never go back! I would give no stars if that was an option.

There was nothing to like about this experience. Rude, incompetent, cruel... She really should be ashamed of herself.

So Rude. From one business owner to another, YOU HAVE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS and your salon has hair ALL OVER the seats and floor. Ever heard of a broom or sanitizing your little cars that the kids sit in instead of letting hair sit all over it.
