Its very disappointing that no help was offered to me I have 2 kids and used to come here several years ago and no alternative place was suggested... I'm feeling pretty low as it is .
If I could give a negative star response I would. The front office staff mocked me with other workers and made suggestive comments including swearing. Bill assistance was NOT accepted due to bill not being overdue - if it was over due it would put someone at risk of homelessness. This place MUST CLOSE DOWN
If your a single person call either uniting communities or United care as they can help you more with a pay as you go 10 weekly vochours that you pay by EFTPOS and they give you another vochours that they pay
I would like to say a big thank you to Playford Community fund who helped my son get assistant from these people. I am so grateful for their help. Ever person was helpful even the men who delivered the furniture for him. Again THANK you so much
