We moved in here a month ago today. There have been a few small problems (ice maker turned off, broken toilet lid, etc.) which have always been dealt with immediately. When we moved in, we ripped a piece of the vinyl in the livingroom. It took a bit to get someone out to repair it (there were issues because of COVID 19 and they weren't sure if the company would even come into an occupied unit). i love this place, i move in few months ago and we love it
Players Club does not care about their renters. As long as they are full and making their money, they make no effort to provide reasonable solutions to residents with issues. Instead we get name called, lied to and absolutely no accountability. Oh yeah and it is totally okay with them if a mom and her kids have to park across the street and walk through a dark parking lot with no security because they will enforce you not parking front of the building but won't make the effort to tow cars that shouldn't be there in the first... read more
I’ve lived here for going on four years I have to say everybody that works here is amazing they take their time to talk with you they greet you I have to give a big shout out to the maintenance man named David he’s very friendly when you fix some for you he gets it done the first time he’s talkative to you he doesn’t ignore you the other thing that I liked about moving here was the first year I was here during the summer before school started they offered free school supplies for children who need stuff then sometimes in the... read more
I would highly recommend this apartment home. The square footage of the two bedrooms are great - very roomy, with the monthly rental less as compared to other rentals in same area. The maintenance team is fantastic, and go over and beyond. Everyone in the office has always been professional and fair. Never experienced any crime in the complex or area.
