After four decades of Video Gaming a few things are clear to us: Arcade games must be played in their original format- joysticks, buttons, and a lo-rez tv screen in a big custom cabinet! Playing online has it's drawbacks, nothing beats playing against opponents sitting across the room. First time Going was awesome
Visited the other night with some friends from out of town to celebrate my husband’s birthday. The girl on the door is excessively checking ids but okay no problem. Gets to my husband and turns out his had expired on his birthday. The girl looks up, “you can’t come in, your id is expired now. No, I’m not kidding.” And I guess I get where you are coming from, but literally no one is gonna hold him to that except this one bar evidently. I come here all the time, I get my friends to join a lot too. If I have a friend that's in town for just a bit, I get them here too. Even when it is busy it's still a good time, if you are with the right people. Awesome beer selection. Always something to do. All of the bartenders are fantastic. Especially Tara, Jenn, Micael, and Megan. I love it!
We have a local gaming bar where we are from but this impressed us.
Whoever the gorilla guy taking too many steroids at bar needs to seriously chill. I’ve never been treated so badly and told I didn’t matter because he never saw me around before. I could tell the girls working there were scared of him too. I won’t be returning again.
Plenty of open Video Game machines, plenty to do, and then if you manage to get a couch they have most anything you might want to play. Plus craft beer and a busy atmosphere. I love it here.
