I have bought two trailers in the past two months built by PlayCraft. I had both built exactly how I needed them for their intended use. One was a 26' flatbed to fit all the Toys and the latest was a 14' flatbed to pull behind my touhauler. Just wanted to give a shout out to the guys at PlayCraft for an awesome experience. I buy a lot of trailers and these are defiantly my go to guys from now on.
I'm currently sending back a brand new trailer to Playcraft for a number of different reasons. I will Be personally going directly to Playcraft on Monday to discuss this. Builds top quality trailers at a great price. Customer service is second to none.
Ive had 3 playcraft trailers.all 3 where junk . Broker springs , shackle bolts falling out , and welds broke loose. And the warranty isnt worth the paper it's written on They never once honored the warranty. Ive since sold all 3 , and bought other brands of trailers
