The staff at the Hardware Store are amazing and go above and beyond. I have never had a poor experience there. I do enjoy the different varieties of craft beers offered but also like that there is tea, some awesome rootbeer, boylan's soda, and canned drinks as well. The snacks are great, too! I am regularly there for pub trivia and there is always a great atmosphere. Everyone, including clientele, are great to be around.
