Stephanie provided the best couples therapy we have ever had. She was very empathetic, directive, and didn't let us just blame each other or sit in the negative.
Stephanie is amazing. The therapy she offers has been so helpful. We didn't just vent the whole time but rather she was very engaged in the conversations asking questions.
Stephanie is terrific and has really helped my husband and I to communicate better, equipping us with a number of strategies that we can implement at home to keep us on the same page. She has a great sense of humor and tremendous empathy, making it much easier to open up about difficult topics. Would definitely recommend her services for those in need.
Stephanie takes a kind and patient approach to her sessions. She works collaboratively with you to identify and attain your goals and is always focused on take a step further by providing skills/mindsets to implement into your life. I would recommend her for anyone that is seeking therapy or is looking for new ways to break through barriers holding them back.
