Absolutely terrible service. I went to buy something with $20 and my change was $10.02 and the woman said "we don't have $0.02 so I'm just going to give you a $10. Unbelievable.
I personally love playa, but this location has to be my worst experience. First of all, the workers were very rude and dismissive. They then hardly gave us any açaí base and throw the toppings and fruit on top. Not orderly whatsoever. We were also the only customers there so there was no need to rush. Horrible horrible experience.
The place is clean, the staff is pleasant and the quality of their product is excellent!! I go every day for a bowl when I am visiting the beautiful beaches of the Emerald Coast!! Thank you for the excellent service as well!!
