The customer service sucks at this location. If you’re going to hire teenagers then at least tell them not to be on their phone when customers are waiting for their order. It was slow and they still took forever with my bowl because the guy kept stopping to talk. Customer service has to be better
excellent service and exceptional quality
I love my Playa Bowls so much I order one a day 4 to 5 times a week. I do a custom order of Nutella protein, banana's, almonds, cinnamon, figs, extra granola. The server Lizette is Exceptional!!! I will get notes on my receipt (sorry out of figs). She cares about her customers & I appreciate that. A+++++ for Lizette P.
