Every time i’ve eaten in has been a great environment, nice workers! The food is always pretty good, but the last like 5 or 6 times i’ve ordered a half/half bowl it wasn’t made to order. But overall, still yummy.
I went with the coupon and they told me I couldn't use it because they had already received enough and the manager gave orders not to accept any more, so why do they distribute them? I didn't understand. But the bowl was good.
I ordered a Nutella bowl online and once I got home, realized there wasn’t even any Nutella in it.
Came and hour before closing for a bowl and was turned around because the store was really dirty and they needed to have time to clean everything before closing. The trash was over flowing and the back was a mess. There were 2 people working. I understand needing to clean but I dont know if closing an hour early was necessary. I made a special trip. I love their bowls. Ill have to find someplace else to get one I guess.
