I want to specifically recognize LeeAnna at the Novi location for finding my purse that was left outside on Sunday (before Labor Day). I had my hands full with a dog and I didn’t realize I had left my purse on the chair with the umbrella. A couple hours after leaving Playa Bowls, I received a phone call. I’ve been coming here regularly for a couple months now. I generally like to tip (sometimes a lot) even when it’s for items that aren’t prepared.. but I noticed every person who works there never says thank you or anything, even when I tip. They have a general vibe of “meh”. They all walk away after they ring you up “you’re all set” no thank you or anything, no smile. At this point if I bother to patron this establishment I suppose I just have to chalk it up to kids working their first jobs or lacking life experience..?

My order was just horrible melted and no fruit did a horrible job with the bowl and I was so upset 17 dollars and that’s what I get
