We rented through Elevate SD Properties, and the word "INEFFICIENCY" is the only thing I can say about this management team. We moved in 10 days ago; we never actually had the opportunity to view the specific apartment we rented, as they showed us a completely different one. The apartments are nice people are nice as well the only thing is the pools are dirty the jacuzzi has algae it’s green and that could cause illnesses, for the price we pay I think the pools should be cleaned properly so the tenants could enjoy it

The only complaint I have is that they took half of my deposit even though I left the apartment looking nicer than when I moved in. They charged me almost $200 for a little bit of missing paint in the bedroom from hanging a few pictures with command strips, which I wanted to paint myself but they wouldn’t give me the name or paint code and I couldn’t take a sample from the wall because the paint is very thin and difficult to peel.
