Went from a high five star to should be no stars or negative stars first of all they stole my child's Wednesday appointments because they closed on Friday. They just took his Wednesday appointment. Had to change my five star to one star because of the extremely rude way my family has been treated. We have been going here for years then the business owner decides to close the place on Fridays that's fine with me. My kid comes on Tuesday at 5:30 PM for years but apparently, since Friday is closed, a schedule shift was done stealing my child spot ! We love play works!!! My kiddo has been attending for a few years now And has has such notable improvement! Everyone is so kind and attentive ♥️ One of our favorites is Ms. Abbi, Ot therapist. My son always says “Ms. Abbi is my best friend!”, melts my momma heart.
