Communication is everything. We talked to them about reserving paddle boards and they told us it’s a walk in situation. Fast forward to the next day: difficult to find, wrong directions, and nobody answering the phone. And when we did finally get in contact, lo and behold, restrictions due to COVID. Please update your website and inform your employees of your policy so guests won’t waste their time
Me and hubby visited Miami in May 2021 and we were looking to book either a jet ski or boat with this company. We called them about 5 times and even messaged them on Facebook trying to book a reservation. No one answered or returned our calls and we were unable to find the location of the building even after driving to the location posted on the website. Not sure if this company is a scam but we were very disappointed and frustrated.
We had a blast and great sunset cruise.
Come get a double dosage of fun and Covid on their crowded catamaran decks.
