Witnessed a very upset customer taking his anger out on the staff after he was told his bindings were too old to safely adjust. The owner and staff treated him with the upmost respect even when he was behaving very badly. Great prices and staff. We won't be shopping elsewhere for our sporting goods. Love this store!
